"Very well located and tidy property. The balcony gets good sun and is nice to sit on while you eat. From reading past reviews it looked like they have replaced the sofa bed to a proper bed which was super comfortable. Everything was great."

Dass man 48 Stunden vor der Anreise ein Mail erhält, dass einem erklärt dass man 400 Euro???? Was doch ein sehr sehr hoher Betrag ist als Kaution hinterlegen muss ist für mich ein no go! Ausserdem macht das Mail weil KI generiert keinen seriösen Eindruck! Dann haben wir 10 Minuten, nachdem wir mit jemanden im Büro gesprochen haben ein WA erhalten und mussten sagen wann wir raus gehen? Sehr mühsam"

"The place was as expected, a small studio good enough for a few days. It was clean and ready even before check in time. It has all that i needed for my stay. The sofa bed was better than I expected. The staff were nice and welcoming. The entrance to the building, the stairs and the elevator are beautiful and clean. Great location, close to the beach , shopping mall, cafes and restaurants ..."

"Probably better (bigger and thicker) curtains would give more privacy to the place. The balcony and the french window needed a better cleaning. From the room you can see other tall buildings and a lot of balconies, nothing interesting. When booking I didn't notice that a security deposit was needed on check in, so i was not prepared for that, and they don't take AmEx ( i didn't expect that Amex can be denied at tourist business), so that was a real problem, no other solution besides paying the security deposit immediately was provided."
